Never Tell Me The Odds

As much as it's true that a real tragedy happened to us and altered the course of our lives, I often remind myself that there's just as likely a chance of something equally good happening that will offset the bad.  A lot of my long-time friends are amazed to hear me say something so optimistic but some days that reminder is all it takes to keep me on my feet and moving forward.
